I did not have any filingre.com alerts on EMDF but do have some set for $UVSS. Should get a ping if an S-1 is filed. Hopefully not though, but do you think that was CSLI pushing the S-1 with only a stake of 4.99% of commons? Seems the Kompo’s family have their own agenda.
