The share price would have to reflect a minimum price requirement over a required period of time to even be eligible to uplist. The audit could be one of a few catalysts that get the price back where it needs to be for that to happen. Only time will tell because it won't be easy as long as MMs continue to short this stock at 70% to 80% of daily volume.
