I don't think they have anyone in the company that knows how do run a restaurant. Its something you can't buy and just put anybody in to run and forget about it and rake in the money. You have to have someone with experience to baby it and take care of it. Theres image, food quality (especially at those prices), customer service, etc... I just don't understand how they can not make money with the prices they have on their menu, and with the supposed deal with the Red Sox. Unless their service and quality is that bad and the manager has no clue as to what he/she is doing, or they are in the wrong location.
