I agree with your opinion. That wall seems like to keep forcing the share price down in my honest opinion as my guess is that we are not far from CE being removed in shorter period of time or someone must know that some thing positive must be coming out that will push the share price much higher.

nphc stock carries a CE. If trading in the USA, is it not an all or nothing order?

The seller may have no choice.
