I think we are on the same page long term. Matt and Mommy have no intention of doing actual work. Bankruptcy will come eventually.

There will be short term surges that may shock me and you. Matty can't sell anything except shares. However, Matty purchased revenue using his magic beans. When earnings reports start showing revenue growth of 1000% then traders might start buying shares hand over fist.

Share price could temporarily rise 300% or more before it plunges to zero as bankruptcy happens.

INNER-SCAM is a quick flip now and then AT BEST with a massive CAVEAT EMPTOR warning on it, due to the amount of TOXIC DEBT they owe. People waaaay freaking under estimate the OTC CARNAGE left by toxic debt gutter notes aka HEDGE LENDERS R US LLC NY and the boys :)

(AND this is ALL predicated on them NOT getting SEC investigated as a P&D promotion scam which they of course are...or OTC slapped with a PROMOTION or CAVEAT WARNING or them getting civil sued by a shareholder lawsuit, etc)

IF IF IF this scam n con can "report in actual filings" some REAL REVENUE GROWTH it's probably got a pop or two left in it (BUT nowhre NEAR the scale of early 2021 when this pig was 3 BILLION shares lighter - I'm talking it "might" tag .03 "maybe" one day if a freaking near miracle is reported in real filings, but that is a market cap of $140 mil or more = ridiculously overvalued !) before they file BK or just blow-out the never ending share printing mill to the point of the REVERSE SPLIT and decline to oblivion.

Their ability to produce meaningful sales at this point - is STILL highly suspect and highly questionable.

HearAssist cut their "company" loose for a song = they are "on the ropes" and facing massive sales declines IMO, it's the only thing that "makes sense" and matches reality.

Thus, Matty aka THE PUNK MUST CONTINUALLY INK MORE NEAR ENDLESS TOXIC GUTTER DEBT NOTES and DILUTE LIKE A DRUNKEN SAILOR for AT LEAST 6 more months to STAVE OFF FILING BK... before ANY "filing" will show real serious revenues of any kind and/or ability to self sustain and self "finance" their scam "business" and not burn CASH provided by DILUTION IS THEIR ONLY SOLUTION "method" aka share printing mill - and that is dicey as stated.

The Kiosk concept is a joke and COVID is "hot" and rising again - and HearingAssist appears to be a has-been who was in serious mega decline etc.

FLIP IT when able and IN and OUT never holding this dog crap for more than a single "pop" as the toxic debt boys will DUMP IT EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN and they will hold 100's and 100's of MILLIONS of these shares.

I'm going to put 98% odds that MATTY INKED MORE GUTTER NOTES IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS aka Q-4 and we will see that FACT when they finally file in the next 3 months approx -

AND remember - Matty aka THE PUNK "sandbagged" issuing the dilution shares to HearingAssist until 2022 was NOT by mistake = he can manipulate the FACTS in "filings" easier that way and hide how bad this freaking CASH BROKE MESS all really is :)
