Steve I don't know what to tell you about what is posted on this board. They can say anything they want about the CEO you just can't say anything about them but I think some of what they say may be true. Most of the holders left here are not worried about what you done in the past they want you to do the right thing now. It is with the utmost apologies as the filings were still not at the OTC level due to the continued requests of info that was not correct when the company was passed on.
The difficulty believe it or not to find a OTC experienced person in Vancouver was impossible.
However that has been accomplished with 2 experienced OTC who have filed over 200 times and they are aggressively getting it done as they say it must be done right from the beginning as they are in contact with the Transfer Agent as the OTC had issues with the share calculations.
