Once the company and it's products have been certified, it's just a line item on a manifest.
Food is considered a necessary item (really???) so shipments get cleared quicker, they just need to be pre-approved for human consumption, that was obviously done some time ago..
It is the coast of transport for a frozen items and the profit margin that haunt me, however both of those seem to be under control..
