That's true...but check out how quick it went from below these levels to above 0.09$ two years ago with almost the same SS and much less on the pipeline.

PCTL is a HUGE runner just starting here imho...GLTA.

This actually happened in early 2020 during the onset of COVID. It has not remotely touched 9 cents since that time.

And this was all based off hysteria and speculation.

Fast forward to today: PCT's house is no longer made of straw, or sticks. It is brick. And the share price continues steadily rise. The future for this stock is amazing and all catalysts are in place for a real success story.

Laughable.

There have been plenty of "signs" that this company is improving in almost every way possible from the management and communications aspect at the very least.

They've SIGNIFICANTLY restructured and reduced their debt and have multiple arenas that they are capitalizing into: not a one trick pony anymore.

You are correct that it has been a long time since PCTL was .09, but they are definitely on the rise with a very promising future.
