are you implying that it could take up to 2 more years before the parties in this "complex restructuring" can utilize & monetize the BIOAQ IP? seems like a massive competitive disadvantage in an emerging growth market- why would anyone be OK waiting and ceding this opportunity? i would think time is of the essence.
