EV does not exist without external battery charging of some kind. A small portion of energy can be recovered when coasting downhill, but somehow the energy spent needs to be replaced, or the EV won't move. Physics 101

The electricity is used by the electric drivetrain to move the car forward. Where is the NEW electricity coming from? If it is come from the car or drivetrain, then you just described a perpetual motion machine. Congrats.

I am an Engineer and I can tell you definitively that the idea HPIL has somehow broken the laws of physics and created perpetual motion is BULLSH*T.
What they described in the press release is in fact a claim to have made a perpetual motion machine
