There is a VERY good reason INTK can't identify the end user - INTK doesn't know who they are! That is what a distributor is for! INTK sells to the distributor, the distributor applies a markup and sells to end customers.
As an aside, we could very well be talking about multiple end customers here. All we know is that their EU distributor placed a formal purchase order.
