You may be right on your theory. I am tapped out otherwise I would add a few million to avg. down. Currently at .0194 w/ my avg. Made $ last yr. then went back in a few times after the profit but got stuck I have not had good experiences w/ R/S. Insiders moving the PPS today. I have been in ASTI ( in and out ) for yrs. Spoke w/ the CEO many times in the past prior to the German invasion. This stock should be a $50. stock just based on the tech . At this point I just want to breakeven and let others ride the wave.
