Someone help me out here. Optilan has 38.5 million dollar contract announced and the stock does nothing. Our market cap is around 320Million. That contract alone would give DPLS a price / earnings ratio of 8.25 which is criminally low. Our P/E should be around 40 at least. What has to take place for our earnings to be respected and reflected in the stock price?
