WoWO revisionist history always. No Nader did not win every judicial decision last year. He lost the Pestell case and unjust enrichment case., costing shareholders millions . If Nader was not such a moron, there would have been no need for the proxy battle and millions diverted from science and trials spent by Nader protecting HIS JOB ON THE BACKS OF SHAREHOLDERS. IT WONT BE FOR LONG, THE FEDS ARE COMING. It’s a shame the 13 D could not come up with a good program and BOD slate to offer a valid alternative. They were correct in principal, but blew the execution. SUCH A SHAME WE ARE STILL STUCK WITH INCOMPETENT EXECUTIVES.

Is it good for Cytodyn to be in so many legal entanglements?? Here's a company that gets a bad rap as a "press release" company constantly pumping the company. Now they are the company who you could call as a Law Suit company. THE 13Ders cost a bundle of money, Amarex costing lots of money, Class Action suit same, SEC, DOJ same. They are almost all defensive situations where bad management caused outsiders/venders/regulators to end up in court. That's NOT a good thing even if you win. Find any other company with some many legal problems -- name one. And the worst ones are still to come -- SEC and DOJ.
