Strong report and great progress

After two months of highlighting "First fleet deployments with the County Executives of America are progressing in preparation for Q4 deployment" it seems strange that Decembers Form 7 doesn't mention this item at all. Maybe deployment was delayed so that initial shipment could include the "Product enhancements for Medallion GPS completed for County Executive opportunities" mentioned. I don't see how an accomplishment touted for 2 months as an upcoming event worthy of including in Section 1 doesn't deserve a little call out that it was actually accomplished but I haven't been watching Form 7s very long, maybe this is typical...?

I am glad they stopped giving us a month estimate at a time for units. The Nov Form 7 had estimated 3000 units for next 30 to 45 days. Looks like they expect the six month average to stay about at that rate. That is not too shabby!

Would like to get a breather from the dilution but with so much going on and only $50k in the bank at the time of the S-1 (Dec 21st I think) I think we are stuck with it for awhile.
