FDA Statement was an accurate depiction of reality. Cytodyn misrepresented and manipulated the CD12 trial data -- plain and simple. FDA reprimanded them and it is certainly not an OOPS. Since it is illegal to do what Cytodyn did, they are now under investigation by the SEC and the DOJ.
FDA has kept the FDA Statement posted on their website -- they are certainly not backing down. And have been going after web postings that misrepresents the CD12 results (ZeroHedge, etc.). They are committed and certainly don't have any reservations about what they are doing to stop the CD12 misrepresentations. Cytodyn has also stopped claiming that the CD12 critical subgroup results were statistically significant.
