Dave, None of what you have stated has any factual truth to it. Murray Fleming has poured painstakingly countless hours and resources into this company to keep it afloat and has maintained share holder value through it all. What you are complaining about is typical low volume OTC dynamics.
Many people bought on the run up to 9 bucks and most of what you are seeing are tax loss sell offs and investors that bought below a buck taking profits.
Take a look on the OTC at the share structure of this company and please direct me to a better on the OTC (good luck with that).
