Not sure. 10Q shows no revenues for the September Q. But they sound very optimistic about acquisitions on Twitter again. Allthough they never delivered so far. I will just stick with it and see whats coming.
At least its Silverbear Capital in the driving seat, and they are pushing NSAV month over month. Its a pretty clean shell with no convertible notes or other debt instruments, which could be converted into common stock (latest disclosure statement). If this one gets started, it could really move. But for now its just a miracle for me whats going on.
