I think it’s hard to say how the S-1 itself effected the pps and what was more Covid related. Like I said, I don’t like them adding shares, but if need it we need it. Remember this business model is IGEN pays upfront cost then receives income later. We will see how it goes. I’m not going anywhere. The ground work is all laid for the government money.
