Prior to last Sept you could do that with OTC tickers. Hell I held one for five years and then dumped it in Nov 2020 when it finally ran.

But that was then and this is now. POS tickers like this one will be revoked in 2022. The first one PAPA happened today and there will be thousands to follow in in 2022.

The SEC is done with dead beat,MIA idiots like Covey the CON. Once revoked all shares become worthless--kinda like they are now but legally so.
