Too many shares for that unless it shows HUGE revenues. That market cap would be 30 to 42 billion. If they can get to .30 or higher I wouldn't even mind a small 1 for 10 reverse to get them to $3 or above and get NASDAQ listed. Shares would be 500 to 600 million, instead of 5 to 6 billion. A share buy back will cost too much and they need the capital for acquisitions.
