putting the $BIXT pieces together... reading the filings and website puts many pieces of the puzzle together. CE in this case doesn't mean much at all and that's partly why i think Schwab allows trading in it. Toxic debt was handled while still CE should be all the sign anyone needs. CE is only a problem for US Buyers at the wrong brokers.

And BIXT is not the only one with a CE that OTC is dragging their feet on, that has a huge market cap and solid share prices. Another one I am in is at $1.35/share with a bare ask of only 100 shares on the way to $7.00/share ask.
