That isn't what happened - Schaefer and Sharp became partners on GRDO/FORW, RDGL, IBGR and CCTL.
Sharp realized that CCTL had too much baggage and didn't become involved.
Sharp is and always has been a serial scammer - he has never operated a successful business - in 3 years as the CEO of FORW it still hasn't generated any revenue and now the HUMBL warrants are worthless.
Sharp's hijacked shells are also a failure.

Sharp wasn't the reason the OTCM went after CCTL and placed a CE on the company and that was almost 10 months ago and Pillsworth hasn't posted the progress of the CE removal.
