#19136 RE: Dancer2 #19133

Interesting year - first, our expectations of massive non-toxic early funding in early in the year as well as and massive Soundstr deployment in radio stations were shattered. Then funding came in under confusing terms but it appears finally was settled on a fixed price -- not the non-dilutive funding promised but better than death spiral financing. After that hopes were raised for legislation to directly benefit us followed by - well nothing so far -, and expectations raised for a fast move to the OTCQB listing followed by a re-take as the company discovered the need to restructure debt - and then did so in a big way. And then finally the Stageit announcement was a nice surprise - but it still has to happen.

Oh, I failed to mention RHL - which actually SEEMED to be the most exciting development of the year for management -- but not for stockholders at this early stage. Some also seemed excited about the internet radio station. Not me. Did I miss anything?

75% for Live recognition. Anyone else shocked by that revelation? I don't recall this being stated anytime in the last 2 years. As I go back I see the pcts given over the last few years starting with 80% in 2018 were for COMPLETION of the product line which is something far different. On April 6, 2018 one of the PRs had this in it: "VNUE and Pro Music Rights intend to start rollout to licensees within 3-4 months for businesses that do not have live music, and 6-12 months for those that do." Statements like that followed by revelations in the last years that identification is now nearly 100% for radio, I guess I just assumed Live was better than 75%..

Is 75% good enough? The other 25% seems important -- if the music is falsely identifying it that's a real problem, if it just comes back 'unidentified' then maybe it's ok.
