Laughing, read it carefully...it's proposed, the sale never happened.
This is the reason people get in trouble with the sec and doj.
Shares of Cytodyn by Kelly's family were never sold, the sale was never executed.

If you read the form its says Approximate Date of Sale 2/21/20. That's pretty clear the transaction was complete. Otherwise, why would he file the form if his wife wasn't selling the shares??

Oh I bet there is a lot more of similar activities to be found.

I bet they got ~$4 per share or more selling the pump.
