Those sort of trades are between MMs and have no bearing on the stock. MMs often find themselves either long or short after the days trading. They attempt to equal out, but it’s rarely exact. If an MM is long or short on a stock after a set amount of days, it has to be declared. Those trades are simply equalling the book with another MM to save the paperwork.
There are some that believe certain volumes are signals to either step a stock up / down. Personally I don’t buy it, but could be wrong.
