That’s the new argument from bears? lol

BP wouldn’t hesitate bc their first order of business would be to replace the CEO. It’s a laughable argument they’re making.

“I agree that BP wouldn't consider CYDY with an idiot at the helm which explains why they had no interest while do-nothing Tony C. was at the helm from 2012 - 2018.”

Ah, the NP Sheikh and Shift. Blame Tony C. and anyone who ever worked at CYDY but not NP because CEOs are not responsible shortcomings of the company they run.

Nah…the express intent of all potential financial partners is clear from the pleadings, Nader was and is the impediment. It’s on the record.

On the other hand no record of ANYTHING NEFARIOUS REGARDING TC. How about some proof regarding the rumors being spread. All the pressers regarding TC departure are positive on his tenure.

TC is the only executive to successfully compete a trial at Cydy AND NADER SCREWED IT UP …ON PURPOSE!

The timeline is clear and on the record. TC gone from Mgt by December 2018 and off the Board January 2019 .

Nader then :
Fired Pestell without cause squandereing Acquisition cost plus penalty for unjust dismissal.
Self enrichment scheme
RTF
FDA Bombshell letter rebuking him and CYDY
3 failed CoVID Trials
Sec and DOJ investigations
Stalled Brazil trials
Lie about revenue from Philippines next week
Toxic loans with nefarious lender
No oversight of CRO leading to more costly litigation

LMAO . PRICE UNDER A BUCK..

The Pestell issue is a red herring. Unanimously approved and only one guy got paid…Nader. Then Nader screwed over Pestell.. also on purpose . Nader made the Pestell deal worthless by firing Pestell WITHOUT CAUSE, AS OPINED BY AN ARBITRATION PANEL.

NADER DOUBLED DOWN ON HIS PESTELL MESS BY TRYING WITH HOLD RIGHTFUL SHARES AND COSTING SHAREHOLDERS AN ADDITIONAL $7.6million.

Voted one of 10:WORST CEOs of 2021 for a reason… Nader is.
