What the Timmy Toy Located ~ Part Deux

This is for Area 1. In paid promos we were told the Timmy Toy works, but the daily reports suggest otherwise (in my opinion). Perhaps the deck hand was just excited to meet Josh Gates as that was happening around the time of his (ahem) interview. Remember, 30-90 days?
