It’s not “technically a SPAC” first of all.
And the SP will rise from here for several reasons.
1 - this just recently went current, amd was sitting at .0006 not long ago in EM. We’re already bouncing off .002 and haven’t had any news yet.
2- there’s a share reduction waiting to register on OTCM any time, that will bring attention.
3- Franks reputation is steadily increasing with every action he takes, not like many others who promise and don’t follow through. Every ticker he pulls from EM and every merger he completes just gives people more confidence to invest in his stocks.
4 - ALL their custodianships come with a 2 year, no R/S no dilution clause. Again, confidence.
5 - they’re looking for a blockchain, metaverse etc merger candidate, which is the hot thing right now and will likely continue into 2022.
