The float certainly has increased--the # you see on OTCMarket (~26,339,193,497) is stale because the company has not updated it since July 14th....in the Sept 30th annual filing, the float is up to 39,351,475,269...

rest assured it will be much higher whenever they choose to update it...

hint...the DTC #'s are 57,684,648,748 as of 11/30---
