yes but who is going to come to rescue? both parties had their chance and don't want to do it, courts are in their pocket, their lawyers are fighting tooth and nail, they are being drained of capital through g fees, giving loans to those who don't deserve, de ja vu again, misuse them in every way. i don't see it. scotus has even told them to do whatever they want knowing takings cases can take 50 years with delays eroding time value of money.it is hopeless when the stealing keeps going on.
