You cannot just pick up a company for a bargain price. The company is owned by shareholders and the only Director is Berman and according to filings he basically does not own many shares.
This will become a shell and maybe in a few years somebody will come in reverse splits it and puts a new business in it.
Wouldn't bet on a new CEO coming in with pending litigation.
