Those infamous shares haven’t left the transfer agent. They may come off the outstanding but, there’re 100 million or so shares (options) to be distributed amongst the individual named in one of the last press releases.

More than likely, it’ll be settled with Kipping receiving millions of shares, aka 5-10 million would be my guess, just to avoid him appealing the case. JMHO

No, those shares will return to the company Treasury. The authorized share count will be unchanged, unless the company issues new shares. Not likely.

They should lower the Outstanding shares as the Authorized will stay the same.
