Wow, I'm very surprised a couple of guy on this board have mentioned that the land owners somehow don't have the wherewithal to do a little research when a corperation comes knocking on their door with intentions of buying their land. For heavens sake, they do have internet service down there. It's not Haiti. A quick google search on IAHL should have generated a treasure chest full of info. Furthermore, seems pretty logical to me, that some of these land owners should know each other or speak to each other. Sure wouldn't be a stretch to assume the land owners that sold are talking to the land owners that haven't sold. Are you guys really believing these neighbors don't speak with each other. Maybe they don't, but highly unlikely. Might want to give them more credit then you do.

I agree, until we hear something from the company on this, we are just spit balling. However, this current narrative falls nothing short of being ineffective in many ways, inlight of all that is implied in the press releases. Not to mention the ridiculous notion that the land owners arn't smart enough to do alittle due diligence.

It's time the company negotiate with the land owners on their own and stop holding the shareholders hostage any longer.
