I am afraid that you are wrong and with this kind of dilution there is a for sure a stable low Share price for the Hycroft Commons.Dont know from where he got that idea of a stock above dollar knowing that for a dollar stock you need to have a equity worth Above 500M$ irregardles of the Warrants and debts already out?So how much does the company have right now?How much is the value of the Warrants with their obligatory Duties toward their holders? And whats about the PRfereds shares maybe also out?Right now this stock could and will go lower and the only thought to keep the HYMCZ to those price is the amount of the liquidity on the Warrants out sie as held tightly from their holders and the small amount of them out side as they would have gone down the hill too.Unless the Company doesnt show two to three Good Quarters thi stock doesnt have the power and the reasoning financially speaking to jump anymore above the dollar price.

. A traditional JVP is not going to happen. It has to be a controlling interest where as the cash provided can right the sinking ship with out a concern which will provide a massive short term return for the investors. A press release comes out that XYZ has agreed to buy $350m in common stock this goes up 400% soon after. Then they simply feather out / sell the shares over a couple of years to recoup original investment & then some. The CEO said last spring the Company needs a new mill / equipment to become profitable due to the very low grade ore they have. The new processing technique was an utter disaster as we know. So the CEO was honest at what had to be done. Massive dilution and voila an 8 month sell off that will continue into 2022. I am biased because that is what I would do. This is not a lot of money when the investment is spread out between 15/20 investors. Not much longer? I am thinking once it gets to the $0.40’s the news comes out?
