I don't get it either. Regardless of what Joe say's, some say there is no investigation. Since the SEC has said it's up to the company to report the investigation or not to shareholders, the SEC will not say squat. So, why does the Company not update shareholders with the investigation and it's status? Maybe, that's because there's something pretty serious wrong. Also, Why would company officials depart & not announce they departed if all was good? There's lawsuits. The corporate office is no longer. The up-list is dead. Whatever happened to the COVID Trials for the "complete vaccine"?. Maybe there never was a "complete vaccine". Since this is the OTC, there's always that possibility this was a scam all along. If there really is a "complete vaccine", they probably would have been open to a buyout rather than see this tank. Too many negative things are starting to add up & it appears to be getting worse daily. There has been not one update by the company for months, why? Today this dropped into the 4's & there was over 2 Million in volume. Obviously the market has spoken and it's not good. I wouldn't be surprised if this is eventually shorted heavily at some point.
