As the parent company I believe it’s by design to write off all subsidiary gains as a loss…that’s why they keep it down and continue to dilute… now with the SEC alert will probably lead to bankruptcy.. Company has no credibility and the last acquisition was within an arms length… in my eyes is fraud!
