There in is the MISCONCEPTION inho, it is a total AVG of the last 5 days of trading, not IF IF IF it goes below 5 but a 5 day avg THAT MUST STAY at or above 5.

As of this am we were at a 4 day avg of 5.90, so it would be all but impossible to get the over all avg below 5 JMHO

Add up the last 4 days and add in say 4$ for today, then divide by 5 and see where ya are.

normally it says it must hold X upon closing for X days, this one did NOT say that......................
