Examine the evidence gathered from ice core samples throughout the world and see that global warming and cooling have been going on for millios of years. The mere 20,000 or so years of human existance is but spit in an ocean to the age of the earth.
There is a big difference between the questions: Is the Earth warming? Yes. Is the warming caused by human activity? Don't know. A single volcanic eruption can spew more particulate and CO2 into the air than a decade of human activity. Methane from animals has a bigger greenhouse gas effect than CO2 does--so should we kill all the animals? I paersonally don't believe that human activity is the driver in global warming. If human activity is less than 10% of the cause, is the economic impact worth the cost? eswauger
