The last 10Q, filed on 11/9, referred to her in the present tense several times as "Ms. Jane Harness, the Senior Vice President, Clinical Sciences and Portfolio Management of the Company".
So she's PROBABLY still there. I say probably because the Company would not be required to file a Form 8-K under Item 5.02, Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers if she left.
They COULD file a voluntary 8-K if that happened.
She has been through a lot with this CEO, including an awkward lease negotiation and an unfortunate episode with Prurisol, so she may be more comfortable in her position than you think...for reasons that are equally unclear to me.
