I'm not a oil expert however I would think Nano-Catholyte and Nano-Hydrolyte can recover oil from Tarsands. I believe right now Canadian Tar sands use SAGD EOR tech. I'm not positive what the cost BBL.

In the U.S there are 760K stripper wells. Most of those are owned by owner-operators. Word can spread very quickly.

I don't see any uncertainly. I see it more as time. The field trials have shown the tech works.
