Take a look at the PPS, some of the "sells" you are talking about are probably buys, if not something else is going on. Long story short if it was all sells we would be trading a penny or 2 less, maybe sub penny if all the proposed doom n gloom was for real.

Something happening here, not sure what it is. Maybe Leo and Menon are selling all their shares before selling the company for a penny a share, Hahaha, how about that, I can be just like the Other guys if I want too!!
