Stop obsessing about a defunct website. Do a "whois" and you'll get the true story. It is clear the current owner of the domain is not DRGV and whatever Harry has planned for this rabbit, they will be creating a completely new website for the entity with a meaningful URL and domain name when he pulls this rabbit.
