Wow. The entire point is Nader has done his fair share of law breaking, past and oresent, and it has now culminsted in two investigations. Investigations that will lead to his downfall, and that of the company.
But yet there is significant risk of NP being banned from a publicly traded company (booted) and/or indicted for possibly stock fraud and insider trading. These investigation infrequently go away after this much time. The SEC and DOJ clearly have enough evidence or they wouldn't be committing this much time and effort in this case.
And, last but not least- the now debunked SEC and DOJ investigation of which the FBI was involved in. I guess the subpoenas that Cytodyn received was for Fife as stated by the SEC. Bring it on Nader
Naders criminal activity is separate from LL. Only the naive lump them together based on Naders spin that he is CYDY. No one is more responsible for the failure of LL so far than Nader.
