No, submitting an incomplete BLA to the FDA isn’t illegal. But take a guess at what is illegal? Here, let me tell you: to announce that you’ve submitted a complete BLA (when it wasn’t complete), hold a CC stating that you’ve submitted a complete BLA (when it wasn’t complete) AND then immediately follow that by selling $20 million worth of shares. That’s a storyline build for a 2022 federal court room.

Additionally, submitting an incomplete BLA to the FDA but claiming publicly that it’s complete is not how you build a relationship with the FDA. We didn’t know at the time, but NP’s BLA submission likely soured the FDA on CYDY COVID trials because how could they trust what CYDY and Amarex submitted.
