Any gains will likely occur in 2022, gains in 2021 would effect tax losses for the year, 5.00 before Thursday as the market will want to know how that price holds up as part of the market’s assessment of the deal going forward, if it bounces off 5.00 strongly then that is a statement about the deal that wants to be determined.
