Sorry, that is not accurate

18385 Route 287, Tioga, PA 16946

* Was purchased in 2018 and owned by the same lumber company today.

* Is a 1.68 Acre Lot, not 32 Acre

Then it was stated that a 8K was not required because it was purchased by a LLC Un-Associated with the company.  Well Well, if that is the case the company better immediately file a correction to the PR because they clearly lied and claimed that they created a subsidiary to make this purchase, which clearly would require a 8K for the creation of the Subsidiary as well as the purchase thereafter.  To say now that it was a unrelated LLC clearly contradicts the press release snowing this is all a huge SCAM. The SEC is probably already looking into this SCAM

The Press Release States the following which clearly contradicts all factual evidence

"The INTV has formed a subsidiary and executed Letter of Intent to acquire 32 acre property with 5 buildings and located in Tioga, PA, with potential power capacity up to 130mw and cost of 4.5 cents per kwh. Property is valued at $850,000."

Also, INTV claimed in the SCAMMED Press Release that this new Data Center "Tioga, PA, with potential power capacity up to 130mw"... REALLY, Does anyone believe that? Lets talk about that...

The 10th Largest Data Centers in the World, NONE ARE 100+ mW, NONE!
https://analyticsindiamag.com/10-largest-data-centres-in-the-world/

The 4th Largest Data Center in the World is in Ashburn VA and is only 41.6 mW!

So does anyone actually believe this crap that Tioga, PA (if it actually existed) could be even 3x Larger? That is funny...

Lets Face it Tioga, PA was a SCAM to PUMP the Share Price to allow the company to sell shares before they went bankrupt
