I would not be surprised at all that Mikah borrowed the money to buy SunGens 50% stake in the Adderall so Mikah can sit back and make the loan payments with their share of the profits and then once Elite has enough cash to go with the remainder of the available shares, Elite will pay dearly for the other 50%. Who is going to negotiate good terms for Elite ???????? NOBODY that's who .................
