It's a valid Federal Court Case. The Judge determines what is relevant.

no one responsible....how is the filing even relevant.....just like each and every one of the others...it isn't.

Did you get that? The case is valid and the Judge determines whether it's relevant or not. Whoa!! It doesn't matter that it's worthless, what matters is what the Judge has to say about it.

IG will weigh in any minute now and remind everyone that the company is not dead and it's not worthless. Technically true because a shell does have some value, even if it's minimal. If awarded control, Kirkland may very well turn the shell into something else, but you can be 99.9% sure that it will not be for the average shareholder's benefit.
