I hear and understand you but I hope that this time it will be different. I hope that the company learned from their previous mistakes. In this PR unlike previous ones they actually mentioned the name of the company and Kyle Perrin.
Apparently Shana has never seen companies back out of a merger agreement after due diligence and negotiations are done, just as we've seen here before. A definitive agreement is nothing more than a fancy PO which can be cancelled at any time if the company gets spooked
